Fritzlyn “ Fritz” Hector is a choreographer, movement director, performer, and educator working across film, television, theatre, live performance, and higher education.
With more than two decades of experience, Fritzlyn brings together movement, rhythm, character, and storytelling to create work for stage and screen. Her career includes STOMP, Warner Bros., Amazon Prime, Netflix, PBS, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the US Open, Madison Square Garden, Jacob’s Pillow, and Sadler’s Wells.
